LogMeIn Rises to the Challenge.
After trialling this particular product on different Flavors of Operating System's this program has risen to the challenge and flawlessly worked to its potential as it is fast, clean and very easy for clients and technicians to use. The program comes packaged with a IM protocol so it removes the need for clients contacting the IT office through telephone systems. One of the unique features of this product that caught my eye is that it allows the support tech to view the desktop and chat to the users at the same time as well as direct control out of all of the different products I have used this would have To come out as the best for Cross-Platform Support, Ease of Use Client/Technician and overall design
